Information we collect
The site and current products can be used without an account. In the future, some products may collect account information (such as an email address), what you send through the contact form (name, email address, message), and what you enter into a product. The site is served through an external delivery and security platform, which processes access logs (such as IP addresses) for delivery and security. We use no analytics tools or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Information you share with us is used only to provide the service, verify your identity, respond to inquiries, investigate problems, improve the service, and send important notices. It is never used for anything else.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. To operate the service, we entrust processing to an external platform for site delivery, security, and bot protection, and to an external service that delivers contact-form emails.
Storage and deletion
Each product states, on its own screens, whether your input stays on your device or is stored on our servers. Mokuromi currently stores everything in your browser (localStorage) — nothing reaches us. Contact messages are kept only as needed to respond, resolve the matter, and maintain necessary records, then deleted when no longer needed. The email delivery service processes and stores email addresses, message content, and delivery records under its own policies.
Your control
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you at any time. You can delete data stored on your own device yourself. To request deletion of contact information held by us, please use the contact form.
